Registration, Lift tix
If you still have registration issues – we are now able to fix those fairly quickly – please reply with which program you still need to register for and I will have an office staff member reach out to you directly.
We will take attendance moving forward to confirm racers are properly registered.
Some program clarifications from recent email inquiries that we have received:
- All team members MUST be registered for the base Saturday/Sunday program.
- All team members MUST be registered for the base Saturday/Sunday program.
- Racing – there are two fees/registrations required for any racing. First there is either the “WIJARA Add on” or the “USSA Add On.” These are fees from Wilmot. Let me know if you need to add these.
Next you need to register each racer with the actual race league:

For most Wilmot racers, we travel to WIJARA races –
You need only ONE registration on the link below. It is $32 total for the entire 4 weekend series. There is no option other than the $32 full registration. Whether you plan to race at one or all four weekends, it is the same one-time $32 fee. You pay in December and then show up if you want. No further intent to complete or withdraw is necessary.
More info will be sent out regarding each individual race weekend the week of the event. Info that is distributed the week of each event includes things like where to meet coaches, how to purchase special lift tickets, what time is inspection, start orders, social activities like pizza and bowling etc. This is all planned and finalized the week of each event.
Race Lift Tickets
There are special tickets for racers that allow them to ride lifts early and access closed areas – these are discounted and fair. It is not advised to purchase deals and other tickets without specifically asking if they cover the WIJARA race at that particular area. We will send the ticket purchase links for wijara races as they are available. Unlike last year, we will not run out of tickets (that was a Cascade-specific issue with relation to Covid policies – we are not racing at Cascade this season). Please await specific racer ticket info.
At Wijara races there are also options to purchase tickets for families, friends, siblings etc. This info comes with the Fact Sheet the week before each event.
